Returns and Refunds

We do our best to ensure orders are processed correctly, however sometimes mistakes will occur, and we are more than happy to resolve any issues with your order as soon as possible. If there is a discrepancy in your order, please report it as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, Please contact us first. You may return the unused items for a refund/exchange. For the purpose of hygiene, this excludes any perfume oil refills /diffuser refills, samples/body lotions or shower gels unless faulty. Please pack the item(s) carefully and ensure they are unused and in their original packaging before being returned.

We offer a full refund (item cost) and exchange on new and unused items  returned within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds on Clearance items. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying returns postage unless faulty in which case we will reimburse postal charges accordingly and upon presentation of a proof of postage receipt. All Faults must be reported within 5 days of receipt and must be accompanied by images of proof of fault/damage.

Please include the following with your return:

  • Invoice/Order number       
  • Reason for return
  • Refund/exchange
  • Return address if different to the one provided on your order.

Return Address is available on request.

Please obtain a proof of postage receipt in case this is needed for reimbursement.

Upon receiving the goods returned, all items will be inspected and a refund processed accordingly within 7 working days .If for any reason this is not the case, then please get in touch at info@theperfumepeople.com.
